TRD 17" on Limited?

Have an appointment with dealer on Saturday. Sounds that they might be willing to work on my issue. I'll try to get a good deal on TRD 17". If it works, I'll be getting the set of four and mounting Michelins 265/70R17. Original 20" with tires will be offered for sale after the switch will be completed. My buddy at work suggested that I should keep 20" as regular set and buying 17" with winter tires, but I do not think that Rhode Island weather requires 2 sets of wheels. If I was living couple of hundred miles up North it would be no brainer, LOL

Dealer wants 1850 OTD, Ordered wheels from the on line Toyota parts dealer for 725 delivered. Sears has a good deal on LTX M/S2 265/70R17 and they will do the installation. Going to put 20" on CL for couple of weeks and if no takers-FleeBay will take care of the business, LOL
