Trouble pairing verizon g'zone

I can't get my Verizon (Casio) G'Zone phone to pair with the bluetooth in my 2011 4Runner. My old "dumb" phone worked fine. The G'ZOne is a ruggedized "dumb" phone with international calling capability.

I follow all the steps and have the bluetooth on the phone turned on and in the discovery mode. The truck searches for a while and then tells me to start over.

Any Ideas?

I had to restart my Galaxy s4 before it would pair the first time. Once done it connects every time w/o fail and has better range than my home receiver, well done Toyota.

Not familiar with your phone or it blue tooth level, may want to verify it is compatible.

I got it to work. Not exactly sure how. I changed the security code in the truck. I guess it was the code for the old phone. It seems to be working now. Sometimes I wish I knew a sixth grader to help me with these tech problems.
