TroubleShooting Help Please!

Hi everyone, Im new to the forum so forgive me if i make any mistakes here. I have a 1995 4runner sr5 v6. Last night it started Idling pretty rough, which was followed by a check engine light. I noticed this morning its also blowing a lot white smoke and the heater isn't working. I have no idea what it is or could be, so any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you blew a headgasket.

Low on coolant?
Do a compression check.

Check your VIN at a Toyota dealer to see if its eligible for the headgasket recall.
