turn signal steering column creak

Have any of you noticed a slight creak or noise from your steering column when you make wide turns with the turn signal on? I'm taking my truck in for the 10k checkup soon and I'll be addressing this minor irritation. I'm also going to have them look at the driver side door handle - it hangs if you pull slightly up while pulling it out, which is almost always since I'm tall.

I had it on my SR5 when I was turning left (I think)? If I remember correctly, there were a few people who have the same issue.
