I think I've heard the buzz you are talking about. Sometimes when I use the turn signal halfway (not the full click where it stays on) it does a quick buzz noise. Made me thing I had broken something the first time it happened. My signals work fine, though. I wouldn't know the first thing to look at to fix it.
I had this problem after significant mileage (and turns) on my '97 4Runner. The turn signal switch inside the combinations switch can (and will) get worn down, as it's made of copper rubbing against copper. Replacement of the combination switch is about $189 in parts. But, I took my switch off, disassembled it, found the worn down piece, and "bolstered" it back up with a drop or two of solder. It's been working for well over a year since then. Cost: two or three drops of solder and my time to figure this out.
Note: if you take it apart, you'll see a three small bumps in the copper where the mechanical switch moves back and forth (inside the combo switch on the turn signal part). The switch connects the center and outside bump at any one time during a turn. Think 0=0=0
My center bump had worn down into a hole (there was no sign that it had been a bump/bulb... imagine turning a metal bowl upside down and grinding it down until all you have is the ring/lip of the bowl... it just looks like a hole)... I soldered that hole back in and built it up to look like the other two bumps. Put it back together, and it passed inspection. It has not "buzzed" on me since then.

I accidentally fixed mine with a new flasher relay that I put in for my LED turn signals. The buzzing and weird noises disappeared. It's worth a try.

What's the concern? The photo for soldering the contacts on which piece?

It looked complicated.
Some of it is difficult, but it all depends where you are soldering. I have done more than I like. A few ways to do it is to use the solder on the opposite side of the wires and push the solder on the exposed wires and it pulls the solder through the wires cause its heated up. That's the way that has the best results from personal experience. If you can take everything out and solder it with out being near other items, better success. If you are soldering a board more difficult of course.
I've seen people just heat up the connection and touch solder to it, it depends on what exactly you are soldering.

Another turn signal Q if I may:
I've got a 2016 TRDP & it doesn't seem to have the 3 flash cycle when I depress the turn signal lever slightly. I recently rented a 2016 Corolla and it had it. Hard to believe Toyota didn't put it on the T4R. Is mine broken or was it not standard? If the later, is there a chip to add to make it so?

Pull the turn signal switch out it's very easy, then if you have confidence, take ta tiny flat head and open the unit up, the contact has a spring on it take it off and stretch it a tiny amount, and clean the nasty green electric grease that'll most likely have some burnt cuz your already hearing the buzzing witch is electricity arching, really some fresh grease and good to go.or your could put a new spring in there if it'll fit good and is just a tiny bit more springy than the old one.
