I have and ARB bumper on my 2000 4Runner. I went to replace the stock ARB turn signals with LEDs. Wiring was harder than I thought and tried "sticking" the turn signal wires into a "socket" that was dangling underneath the bumper. I think I shorted something out. My turn signals completely quit working. However, my hazards still work perfectly, and everything on the stem still works (lights) minus the turn signals. Pictures to follow if needed. I checked all the fuses and replaced the relay.
