Hey Everyone, hows it going? My name is Ben, and I go by TW040SX on most of the internet. I bought my first 4runner / first 4x4 in September of 2017.
I got a GREAT deal on it after looking for months.
I took these on the way home from buying it.
1998 Limited 4X4 with factory e-locker.
195k miles
Clean title
Failed smog.
I brought an OBD-2 Scanner with me when I looked at the truck, and between that and the print out from the smog place it was obvious it needed a Catalytic Converter.
All said and done, I paid $3500 for the truck.
Now, I'm going to post more detailed info about the build when I have more time, but here it is today
So far Here's my Mod/maintenance List (as best as I can remember):
Brand New OEM Radiator
New OEM exhaust gaskets(horrible leak)
Rebuilt Rear End
Tundra Brake Upgrade (231mm)
Custom "satoshi" grille
Toytec/bilstien 3" lift kit
Panhard Correction Kit
Sport Hood
Diff Drop
FN Wheels Five Stars 16X8 -25mm
Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx
Smittybuilt Awning
Thule Roof Rack
