TL;DR: weird rattling/metal clink noise coming from the rear. turns out to be track bar contacting sway bar brackets in the rear. Also get rattling but dont know source of sound. Fear wheel spacers are falling off. Truck randomly locks itself. Putting it in park now after driving gives a loud "CLANK" sound. WTF is this? Also wondering if there are any post-lift calibrations or adjustments are needed BESIDES height adjustment and alignment.

I have been a little MIA due to work, school, and expecting our twins here soon. But I managed to sneak in a lift and fender work to the Trail. With that said I have encountered several issues (mainly with the lift) that I wanted to bring some awareness to and see if there is a remedy available. Second one is weird but read ahead or check the TL;DR at the top.
LIFT SPECS: Icon Stage 1, Total Chaos UCAs, 3" Icon Overland rear springs
(diff drop not yet installed)
1) Track Bar is making contact with rear sway bar brackets. Making distinct "clacking" sound over sudden bumps.
Doesnt seem like it is damaging anything terribly. Just appears cosmetic. I attached pictures so people who may be experiencing the same issue can verify for themselves. It will appear on the track bar directly in front of the rear sway brackets.
SIDE NOTE: I get a rattling sound when i drive over uneven terrain. I have no idea what it could be. I feel it could be related to this but I have no evidence besides the markings. I dont think such minimal variations could create a sound but it makes me thing something is loose. Checked everything tonight and it appears fine. Have NO IDEA what it could be
QUESTION: Will an aftermarket bumper fix this? Obviously this sounds hideous but doesnt appear to be doing irreversable damage. However, I do notice that my transmision makes a weird CLICK sound when I put it in park after driving a bit. sounds like a loud CLACK 2-3 seconds after putting it in park and letting off the brakes. Ideas?
2) My 4Runner was randomly locking itself while I was parked at a gas station.
I wasnt refueling I was parked in a spot. I was standing outside and unlocked the car when I saw the Mrs come out the door. The truck randomly locked itself about 40-45 seconds after I unlocked it. It happened about 3 times. Only other Toyota there was a Camery. Really weird.
Just some weird stuff going on that didnt happen pre-lift... which brings me to my final question:
Is there anything I need to do POST lift? IE: any calibrations, adjustments, or programming? Anything I need to adjust besides ride height and alignment? Thats all I really did and I havent touched anything else. I would hate that I missed something important and my poor Trail is suffering because of my neglect
