Two questions: Best place to by authentic TRD Sticker and Stick Shift lever?

I would like the buy the TRD Stickers for the rear so would just like to know where is best to buy these. I have done some searches but the results are at least a year or two old. Also the leather on my 5speed leaver is starting to deteriorate. What are my options for buying a replacement or aftermarket?
