Ugh!!! help with lift and tires ( yes, i off road)

I would get either OME (for budget), or for a little more, Sonoran Steel's 7.2 or 1.2 system. Those guys know 4Runners. Have never heard a single complaint from buyers. Very quality set up. If I had a 4Runner, it'd be a no-brainer for me. I'm probably going to get their Tacoma front suspension kit.

Here's a question...does a 2.5 or 3" lift look bad with 265's? I'm looking to install a lift as my next mod, but I won't need tires for at least another year...and I won't be able to afford them if I buy the lift.

Will it look silly?

I don't really want the wider tires, but I do want the lift.

It all comes down to money. I would personally go with either Fox, Camburg, or Sway a Way coilovers for the front, Camburg UCA, and cruiser coils for the rear.

Thanks! I don't have my boards on, so it would look a little different. But, I don't think it's BAD. Certainly not as good as the 285's though!

And are you suggesting your spacers ride equal or better than OME or SS? In the same ball park?

All the ones I've had experience with, it rode like crap. Literally. I'm glad you're trying to promote your product, but I have no affiliates to suck up to. I would never suggest spacers for a quality lift.

Are you trying to get bigger tires to look cool or for function? Do you really need a 4" lift? Do you need tires bigger than 33's? 32's? 31's? What kind of wheeling do you do?

I do mudding and rock crawling(few times) and mainly just plain off roading(trails, forests, etc)
