Is it me or did toyota "ugly up" the front end of the 4runner for 2014 or do you like the new look better? I have struggled to really love the look of the latest version despite my respect for the brand and vehicle overall and now realize much of it has to do with the front end now that i have looked around on this site and saw a picture of a 2011 sr5 in white. In fact, i always buy white but is the 2011 white called pearl vs super white in 2014? The super white is very bright. I love the pearl but it only comes on the limited in 2014.

I think the 2014 can look awkward in some pics, but in person it is just the opposite.
I really like the way Toyota cut off the SR5 & TE front corners of the bumper to improve an offset approach angle. I really like my 2014 TE and the function of the new front end. Also the radiator grill vent is massive but again it serves a cooling purpose and a possible road rock collector. I can't fault Toyota for their new front end design though.

As for the top end 2014 4runner, it looks like sex with the 20 inch rims and the sleek front end.

While Toyota did upgrade the dash and electronics on the 2014, I wish they would have done more on the seat size (width & length). Also the Dunlop tires can be defective, at least mine are. Service manager said they would replace mine if a rebalancing didn't help...it didn't so...

You should see if instead of replacing the Dunlops outright they'll give you some sort of credit to upgrading the tires to something better. The Dunlops just aren't great to begin with so you might want to pay a little extra to get something else.
