Update: Dash lights. Is this right?

Another CEL and both VSC lights on. Came on day 2 after I bought it. The dealer reset it and claimed it was the cap being loose. 2 days later and its on again. Borrowed a friends OBD Reader and I got codes for bank 2 O2 sensor 2. Going back to the dealer on Tuesday for them fix.
Will update when they are done...

As a follow up, I bought an aftermarket fuel cap at OReilly Auto Parts for $12 and this seemed to fix the problem. I haven't had any lights come on in about ten days since the replacement. The aftermarket cap fit a lot tighter than the OEM cap. It's as though the OEM cap was missing a seal or o-ring.

Update,
Dealer found the same bad O2 sensor and replaced it. All is good to go now!

P0456 Code

My wife and I just came back from Dallas and after arriving home in New Orleans noticed I have my check engine light come on, along with VSC OFF light, The skidding car icon and the other VSC light on as well..... Brought it to Auto Zone and we are getting code P0456... The guy asked me if I filled up recently and I had, He advised me it may be a loose gas cap, I checked it for tightness and gave it 3 clicks, 2 days later lights are still on...
I re-checked the cap this morning and noticed that it will click, but its not making a good seal.... Call local Toyota dealer and will get a new cap for $25 and see if it remedies the issue.....I have 120,993 on the odometer and almost due for maintenance.....
Any other items anyone suggest checking or changing at this mileage ???

When I had the code checked at Auto Zone the other day, I only had 1 come up ( P0456) Today my wife and I went to the local dealer and purchased a NEW gas cap and installed it....I then went back to Auto Zone to have the codes reset / erased.... To my surprise, there were 6 codes !!! The sequence was P0444, P0445, P0456 etc... The guy erased all codes, and SO FAR we are good... We shall see if this is the fix....

Just had the same issue! When you folks check your gas cap you need to do it both ways. Meaning, yes turn it clockwise until it clicks a couple times. THEN just touch it slowly and see how much effort it take to turn it counter clockwise. There is a spring inside the cap that should keep it under tension. After playing with mine I found that vibration alone was enough to break the seal. New one at Toyota was $22 and all lights gone. Beats the hell out of a new charcoal canister etc etc etc.. :
