I decided to empty out my fuel pack for the first time today and did NOT have an experience that I would have liked to have had anywhere other than in my garage at home.

Long story short, the EPA mandated spout broke, was not intuitive to use, and even with Limamike's help I was not able to "use the tabs on the fuel neck to bend the spout to open up the internal gate".
In other words.. I spent $7 to buy the "for international use only" self venting fuel spout that is without all the EPA crap.
