Upper control arms

I have a 2019 TRD ORP. Totally stock except for Bilstein 4600s. No lift. After replacing the tires at 100k with BFG KO3s I started to get a steering wheel shake around 40mpg. Tires are balanced, but tire shop says I need new upper control arms. Is it normal for them wear out around 100k? What’s the best brand if I don’t plan to do a lift? And how hard is this as a DIY job? Any good videos?

I’m replacing the original upper and lower control arms on our 2014 next week at 400K miles. Replacing with OEM parts.

replacing my 2012 UCA with OEM at 200k just because i replaced my LCAs, honestly they look good still. I'd say look at your UCA and see if there are tears or grease leaking if not, i'd say check another shop since BFGs are hard to balance.
