URD Tensioner Pulley Install

Those of you who have this pulley might be able to help me out...

When I reinstalled it after I did the thermostat switch it hits the timing case a little bit, I didn't notice until today. I had the hood up with it running and could hear the slight rubbing, it hasn't put a hole in the cover yet, but I worry it will.

What did I do wrong when I reinstalled it?

Does URD have install instructions available online? I looked, wasn't able to find anything.

Thanks for the help, I think I figured it out. I took it apart, put it back together and it rubs no longer. I need to tighten the belt down some more though VIA the alternator adjustment
