Anyone run out of fuel and know what the maximum useable fuel is?
Just drove down to Disneyland last night, avg mpg was just over 20. Not bad considering the majority of the trip the cruise control was set at about 78 mph, then I was going about 80-81 for the last hour. I put 20.3 gallons in when we arrived, did about 15 miles of around town driving before we left, plus I had to turn around once(missed my fwy change).
Getting back on topic, I believe the capacity is 23 gallons. How close have you been to using this?
I was thinking on the way down last night that ~1.5 gal would be unusable. I'm guessing the gas light comes on some where around 19 gallons of consumed fuel. I went about 15 miles after the range went to 0.
