Using AFE Dry Filter on TRD Cold Air Intake System

I currently have a 2006 4Runner Sport Edition and was wondering if you can use the AFE dry filter on a TRD setup. I like the look of the TRD Cold Air Intake (with the red tubing and all, I know AFE makes TRD CAI) but I can only find TRD Cold Air Intakes as a wet system

First I was wondering does TRD actually make a dry filter Cold Air Intake system and where could I purchase it.

If not, I was wondering if I could use the AFE dry filter on the TRD Cold Air Intake setup.

Since you wouldn't be changing the OD of the inlet tubing, I don't see why not. There are many oiled conical filters being replaced with dry filters on other forums and our T4R's aren't as sensitive to intake CFM changes as some other vehicles.

what size is the trd cai filter?

This is the first i'm hearing of conical dry filters, but i want to give it a try. I have an V6 '04 sport with the TRD cai. I'm lazy, don't want to take it off and measure, can you guys tell me inside diameter is? Or if you have a part number.

Oh yes considering that AFE made the TRD. however I would love to swap them for a S&B filter.
