USPS shipping almost knocked me out!

I went to ship a charcoal canister (3rd gen) from TX to VA. The shipping was $19! This is just the standard post! After inquiring it from a staffer, he replied all shipping charges went up last week.

Half of UPS ! Even though UPS and Fed Ex drop at the Post Office ???

LOL....I had a member on here send me a tool to use a couple months ago. I packaged it back up in the same box and shipped it back literally a few days later. My bill was about 50 cents more. I showed the clerk his label and asked why. End result...no clue and would not ship unless I paid " we dont know why and it shouldn't be, but it must be the price because thats what the computer showed". I could not even laugh at it I was so dumb founded.

You could ship a large Priority flat rate for that much.

What annoys me is that the post office and click-to-ship basically prevent you from shipping first class, which is way cheaper. But when i sell crap on ebay, i can ship first class there and print my label. hwell:

Of course if they owed you .50 cents it'd take forever and a half to get them to pay up... lol
