Yup. I have the 3rz and I bust the 350 mark routinely on road trips depending on whether or not I have my rocket box or not. Anything above 70 and the guzzling commences.
v6 guys what miles per tank do you normally see?

I have been averaging 22.5-23 mpg highway during the summer months only. I use Premium fuel only, and purchase Exxon fuel only. Average miles per tank is 352-353 miles (364 I run out fuel everytime). Winter months the numbers are much less of course so far I've averaged 20.5-21 mpg is the best I can do in winter.

To everyone else who posted, it make zero difference what YOUR mpg is. He is not driving your truck.

Holy crap, take a chill pill man!! I think OP hasn't calculated how far they can go on a tank and so he was asking what others were getting so he can use that 1st grade math you're talking about. Numbers aren't going to be perfect, but you can get a general idea.
I'm still trying to figure out if your post is that sarcastic and went over my head, or you were being that serious. I'm glad OP posted his question because I found myself interested in knowing, thus reading everyone's response. That's how this forum keeps me hooked, reading threads I wouldn't even think to search for.

16mpg all day every day. A good mix of highway and city. Somewhere between 230 and 250 a tank.

Somebody pissed in Drcoffee's coffee today. Add some horse tranquilizer to that coffee and tone it down.
It's helpful to compare your mileage to others to find if there is a problem that needs to be addressed, costs involved, etc etc
I'm getting between 260 - 275 miles on approx 17 gal gas. Stop and go use on mostly backroads. Safe travels on your trip OP.

You're missing 5 gallons of fuel out of your tank btw. We have an 19 gallon rank so another 50 miles or so till you really have to stop.

I typically get about 17.25 - 18 mpg. That is on premium gas from a marathon station that doesn't put ethanol in it. (only one here that does that) also, with mild driving, all town, and quite a bit of idling for stoplights.

I was simply asking a question to get a general idea of what people typically see simple as that.
I have never drove my runner more than 30 miles out of town so this is why i asked the question since you need to know the base reason for the question so with the drop in fuel prices i figured it is time.
The answers here now give me a base to compare my data to when i do take the trip so is there anything elese you need to know about my reasoning for the in your (i am better than everybody because I know it all) mind set?

What will make a huge difference is WHERE you will be driving, whether or not its hilly or dead flat, lots of rain or very dry not humid.
In my everyday driving around town doing 99% city I am lucky to get 13MPG.
I usually go about 220 miles before filling up and that is usually around 16.5 gallons or more.
However on my road trip I managed to get 360 miles out of two tank fulls for over 21mpg.
My average was usually around 320 miles on a tank.
Although I did get a couple tanks that were only like 260.
The difference was WHERE I was and how much traffic and hills.

Why do you run premium? Are you pinging? All higher octane will do is prevent predetonation, which our trucks are built to not ping on regular octane (85-87). Higher octane gases don't even have a considerable energy density level so you won't gain power or mileage. Again, unless for some reason you need higher octane because of how your engine is modified (like boosted).
As for mileage, I get like 12 pretty standard. That's with an insanely unaerodynamic rig that's fully armored, and mostly mountain driving over 8000ft.
