I vaguely before removing the Tensioner pulley that it moved back n forth about its FAT hex bolt. I am not sure if it was already loose when I got to it, because when I installed a new one (OEM Toyota) and torqued it, it seems fixed i.e.not moving at-all, am I missing a sleeve or something or it is meant to be that way?
I was thinking that when the PIN on the Tensioner is pulled, the pulley/belt is pushed to the Right/Driver side of the vehicle
Installed the old one and yes it does, so maybe i got a bad or a counter-fit part as it stops moving even being finger tight, thinking about just swapping out the pulleys and move on with the job
Will post pics, packaging and parts sure all look oem
