Vibration and clunking

So I've had a pretty bad vibration when driving since I got the truck about year and a half ago. Did a lot of maintenance on everything and just did my rear U-joint which helped some, but didn't solve all of it. While under the truck and by pure luck also found out my steering rack moves more than it should because of the bushing. So I bought new ones and will put them on this weekend. My next guess is something on the front end side like a half shaft or something. My truck has 249,xxx miles and most parts appear stock. I've also greased everything I could on the drive line. The clunking comes when turning primarily and am pretty sure it's a half shaft issue. Can hear it really well when pulling into a slanted parking lot where I go from a flat road up into a driveway or something, it clunks maybe 1-3 times and then is quite again. Also the bad vibration is the worst right around 65 mph give or take. Any help would be great!

When was the last time the LBJs were replaced?

I had a Tacoma that clunked while turning, couldn't figure it out for the life of me. That is until the LBJ let loose going down the highway.

My sway bar bushings didn't make any clucking noises before I replaced them, but it did improve the drive quality quite a bit after new ones were put on.

The only time I have had noticeable clunking was when one of my sway bar links busted off. It was an easy thing to spot once I finally took the time to get under and look at it.

I have this same issue right now as well. In the last 1k I've replaced my wheels, tires, LBJ's, tie rods and front lift, but I've still got some vibrations. Weird thing is mine will come and go. Sometimes it's smooth and no shaking in the steering wheel then at the same speed the steering wheel will start shaking pretty bad and I'll get a vibration throughout the whole cab. I've got the new rack guide in the mail and will probably change my rear u-joint soon. Might need a rebalance as well, but because it's smooth at times it makes me think it's not that. I really have no clue.

Mine was clunking off road only, I could feel it only in the steering wheel. Turns out my rack and piñon and tie reads need to be replaced. That will be done here in the next week.
