Vibration in brake pedal

Well dealer now say all four rotors are warped and need to be resurfaced and brakes replaced because they all have "hot spots" on them. And even through this was brought in early on for the same symptoms this is not warranty. going driving today to check out the work and see if this cleared it up.

Do you have a record of the earlier examination? If so, I would contact Toyota Corp. and discuss it. The dealer may be looking to pick up some easy cash.
