Vinyl Wrapped 4Runner

Thanks for sharing this!

This is really cool and unusual. Thank you for sharing it.

Good luck on your move!

I had no idea a single color wrap would run 3-5K. I always thought it was much cheaper.

Damn i thought it was cheaper as well! It definitely looks sweet but i cant imagine taking that on the trail and ripping the vinyl from branches

You can definitely get it done for less for some cheaper quality vinyl or less in depth of an install. Many people will have accents done such as hood, roof, mirrors, etc.. as for taking it on the trail and having trees and other debris rub on it, you can always replace the piece that needs fixing! If it's just a door or front fender that takes a hard hit, it's something that a certified shop should be able to fix in a day no problem. I am getting a lift soon and will be getting into more trail driving and will post pics of what may happen in those scenarios. Thanks for the feedback!

About to do my roof.

Clear Coat was beat from the previous owner on the roof, so going to do matte black to help protect the paint some on the roof!

that new army green color is sick, would make a cool wrap

I'm not color bashing so don't take this the wrong way.......but, that line up looks like an ad from the 40's.
I didn't say I didn't like but after 28 years of the Army it really isn't my fave.

How does the paint look when you unwrap after a few years?

I want to do a partial wrap on my 2019 roof and hood. However, I am afraid of damage to the clearcoat and UV paint fade difference when I remove it in a few years. I live in Alabama and my paint is black. I fear that when I take wrap off to sell it, it will be obvious what was wrapped and what was not. Are these valid concerns? Thanks.

That wrap looks nice. I'm thinking about doing a facelift on a 5th gen and possibly just wrapping to match the paint rather than paying for paint. I wonder if that'll be better
