Viper 5704, car turns on but engine won't turn over

First off, happy holidays!
Secondly, its exactly what the title says! I'm having a little trouble with my remote start (Viper 5704v). I took it wheeling a couple of weeks ago, no problems. Woke up the next morning and my remote start wasn't working. The truck would turn on, dash lights up etc, but it won't turn over. I can start the truck with the key, then enter pit stop mode, no problems.

I hoping someone can guide me in the right decision on what to troubleshoot first! Maybe battery or starter?

Check the fuse on a thicker red/blk stripe wire.

Yes, there should be a fuse holder withing 4 inches of remote start brain.
When you remote start it, does the ignition turn on and just stayed powered indefinetely, or does it shut off and try angain a total of 3 times, or does the ignition power up, then shut down and never turn back on again.
