Volt 6000k HID kit from XenonDepot?

actually, the reason i said it was easier than the xtreme HID's is that the ballast and igniters draw power from the headlight plug...no need to connect it directly to the battery. not sure if it was because it was a H7 kit or not. no need for an additional harness.

yeah I heard it diane the harness either and that it was optional. That's why I bought it. But me being chicken, I went ahead and bought one anyways just to be on the safe side. I saw a diagram and it doesn't look to much different, just grounding it and connecting directly to the battery. We'll see, I guess haha

No, issues with uneven brightness or dark lines. are the dark lines at the top of the cutoff or below? if you can take a picture of how it's projecting i'm sure I and/or others might be able to help troubleshoot.

hey darkie,
here's a picture of the left and right headlights. If you focus on the area in red, you'll see a difference, one with dark lines, one without. As I said before, they aren't THAT noticeable, just noticeable to make me wonder. Thanks for any input. It's hard to tell which one is brighter in the pictures though so I'm not going to worry about that one for now.

Note: these were taken with the car about 2 feet from the wall (small garage.. haha) on the road the lines, are of course much longer. Their noticeability is the same though.
