I had a huge issue with this as well. I had the dealer perform the zero point recal last year and it helped a little but would still kick in intermittently, and always prematurely. One day it just quit. I've actually pulled turns at the edge of my comfort level with no interruption from it lately. 2.75" and 285s on mine.
Somehow it seems to have fixed itself...or given up.
If you long push the VSC off button with the vehicle stopped it turns the system off and keeps your ABS going. I use it frequently.
