Hey all-

Today I replaced my spark plugs and engine air filter and everything went well, however the check engine and VSC TRAC lights are now on and I cannot figure out why?! It's an 05 SR5 V6.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would disconnect the battery for about 15 min, this will reset the ECU and get rid of the lights.

You should be good to go then!

Replaced Air Intake and spark plugs. Same lights came on. Went off on their own the third or fourth time I started the car, with a little highway driving in between. Hope you had the same good results.

Same deal

I forgot to plug in my last plug on my 2005 V8. Same deal, cel and vsc trac went off. I waited 30 min after I plugged the plug in and all the lights went off. Ended up not being a big deal. I needed to work harder on my quality assurance. Better luck on the Camry, should take half the time!

Did The same thing, It was sputtering and I had a blonde moment and didn't plug one of the coils in. Reset the light with my ScanGuage and problem solved.

I started with a new gas cap from the stealership, I tightened to 4-5 clicks after every fill up and it went away.
Mine has 145,000 miles and is in good form.
