WANTED: Looking for good used blend door actuator or gear

Hello all,

My 1999 T4R "Gojira" is in need of a AC/Heat blend door actuator. The original one started making a grinding noise a week ago and when I pulled the unit off today I discovered that several of the teeth on the large plastic gear inside the unit were stripped beyond repair. I do not want to pay toyota/parts house prices so if any of you have a good used unit that works or a unit that does not work but has good gears I am interested in acquiring either one good unit or one good gear.

so i think you might be able to "flip" the gear as to use the non-stripped side.

Can you use one from a 4th gen on a 3rd gen?
