warranty is almost out - anything I need to know?

Hi all,

the 3 year warrant on my 2011 Canadian SR5 will run out in October,
no problems so far.
Is there anything I need to know/do before the end of it?
Service bulletins, common known issues - things like that?

One thing that does bother me a bit (but not enough to do anything about it), at medium city speed driving, the acceleration can be anemic as the truck stays at high gear and low RPM (1000?), to kick it into the lower gear takes a lot of push on the gas pedal. I hope you know what I mean.
This must be programmed into the electronics - the way it shifts...

I thought I read somewhere that our 4R's "learn" our driving habits, acceleration etc. It can be cleared by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. When I was in for service my battery was disconnected for a time while certain service was done. (Zero point cal) Could be my imagination but it seemed to have more spring in its step when I got it back. The accelerator seems more responsive. Maybe someone will confirm this about the battery being disconnected having this effect. Seems an easy thing to try anyway.

I wouldn't notice it without this forum, but if you have haze on top of the headlights you might want to replace headlights under warranty. Surprisingly my dealership found Canadian TSB, confirmed the defect and even replaced headlights without issues.
