water damage headliner??

My 2006 has slowly been getting water damage in the headliner above the drivers side door. Basically between the mounts for the oh shit handle. I have cleaned the drain holes for the sunroof, yet they did not appear to be blocked. Anyone have any other ideas about where the water could be coming in?

Possibly from roof rack bolts? I know installation requires some sort of silicon sealant, maybe its starting to leak a bit.

I had that last week on passenger, tried everything from sunroof drains to roofrack, finaly noticed that was the corner of the windshield, where the 2 plastic stips meet, so i siliconed the hell out of them, now is dry no leaks so far
