Water pump issue 3VZE

So i have successfully fixed the leaking idler # 2 pulley. There is a metal hose that runs directly above the last bolt, with about 3in of clearance. I used a 1/4 drive short 12mm socket that i cut in half with a grinder. worked perfect.
Thank you all for your little tips and advice, this is the information that they should include in the FSM.
