AC is weak. I also have an intermitant belt squeal. Bad ac compressor? Or needs charged? How do I diagnose?
How many miles do you have on the 4Runner? I had a weak ac too and I just recharged it yesterday and now it’s back to normal. Try that first and the belt change wouldn’t hurt. Just my .02
