Weird engine "Buzz".

I know much has been debated regarding the "buzziness" of the 4.0 engine. My observation is that it is actually pretty smooth, EXCEPT when I am in gear and accelerating. If I rev it to 5 grand in neutral, it's like silk. If I do that in gear it gets pretty rough around 3500 rpm. What do you guys think that could be?

Sorry Bill. I do not have any differences between unloaded and loaded rpm increase. The lack of responses indicates not many others do either. I did hear a buzz once during acceleration though. It was at night and the culprit was my wife's phone resting on the Tcase boot and vibrations caused it to hit the console lol.

Thanks.....if that's the case then I'd better take it in. I just towed 3700 lbs on a 2500 mile trip. Maybe it has something to do with that.

Im actually experiencing the same issue I think. Could you advise what the dealership said the issue was?
