Weird noise

Hey guys I have a 2014 sr5, whenever I turn the engine off I hear a weird noise sounds like a fan whinnying noise. Is this normal do 14 do this??

Hi hec,

Sounds like it may be the "Main electrical relay" re-opening. Do you hear it when you engage the acc/ignition switch during or just before start-up? This motorized relay does make a whining sound when closing.

To be honest I haven't pay attention at start ups I can only hear it when the engine is being turn off and I have the door open, inside the truck I don't hear it. So i guess it's normal then?

Sounds like it could be the Air Injection Pump or aka Secondary Air Injection System.
