Saw Van Halen last year! They were unreal! Only thing that wrecked it was David Lee Roth- his vocals just aren't what they used to be.

That's funny you mention Diecast! I bought their first cd when they came out... never got too into them, but now I'm going to have to search youtube for a song I like lol I had no clue they were even still around.

Got free tickets years ago to see Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, and Kittie hahaha Kittie was even worse live than than listening to a song by them. I think everyone in the crowd had an epilepsy from the ten million strobe lights they had on stage. You couldn't even see the band either.

Killswitch Engage was good live and it was before they switched singers. I think they were touring to promote the album "Alive or Just Breathing" which I find myself listening to every now and then.

Glad I got to see Shadows Fall. They were playing with the old singer from Overcast. Really good band.

I'm about to go see As I Lay Dying with Devil Wears Prada and The Color Morale on Sunday. I've seen the color morale before, pretty good but not too into them. Not a fan of As I Lay Dying but I like going to see all these bands so I can cross them of the "haven't seen em yet" list.

Haha, Kittie sucks. I've seen them a couple times when they opened for other bands at big shows. I've seen a lot of sh1tty metal bands over the years, but a lot of good ones too. I'm not as into the scene as I used to be so I'm finding it harder to find good metal, especially with the crap that's coming out these days

Some of the older guys might appreciate this. I have my headphones on, laying on the floor, holding onto the carpet listening to The Who's Quadrophenia.... With a head full of vicodin and no sleep for the last 26 hours. And I'm not letting go until it's over.
