What bump stops are you running?

Its an off brand kit from a local workshop, 3.0 in the front and 2.5 double bypass in the rear. That's the besides the point.

I'll add a spacer to just be safe. The kit did come with spacer for the stock bumpstop for 285s.

I just want to make sure how much does the ES bumpstops compress at full compression compared to the stock ones.

id care more about a quality bump stop TBH. i used some 1/4" plate to act as spacers for my duro bumps. worked great, my inner fender liners are still hanging on with my hopes and dreams (completely obliterated)

and yes, i cut them to the same OD as the existing bumps. plasma cutter, flap disk, and a drill bit. 20 min potato project that took an hour due to coors.

From what I've been reading the ES are close to duro in performance if not better?

I think I should fabricate a 1/4 or 3/8 spacer, 1/2 will be too thick for ES if it doesn't compress more than the stock bumpstops

ES compresses alot about 1/2 of the total length of the ES bumps. its very squishy.

So half inch spacer would be a safe bet

If you aint destroying your fenders now, you aint gonna destroy your fenders with ES bumps.

If you want spacers because you "think" you need them, sure 1/2 spacers will work fine up to a 34 inch tire.
