There's a 9 mile off road trail somewhere near the entrance, I'd like to try one of these days.

Got rid of the ugly and bulky SR5 rockers and installed the trail edition with the necessary front trim caps. The 2014 and up rear door flares are waiting to be painted and installed hopefully soon. I did this so I could get steps and hacking the original rockers so they'd clear seemed pointless to me. The trail edition rockers actually now make my truck look like it's been lifted more. I know it's just an optical allusion.

Looks good. I did the same with mine and yeah, looks like its lifted a lot more now. Did the front trim caps clip right on and are nice and secure?

Had to do some trimming to get them to fit. They're secure but not as secure as I'd like. I'm in the process of ordering the 2014 + front mud flaps as I feel that these will secure the front caps a little better. I was not able to make my existing existing flaps work w/ the new stuff. I'm kinda OCD so I need to do this so I can sleep at night....:crybaby:

I spent the last 3 days packing up and moving from NE Dayton area to SSW Columbus (Grove City). 2 trips hauling a 6x12 UHaul, and another round trip today. I surely forgot something and will have to be back over there plenty. Sadly I left the poor the dog with my sister since she would be in the way while trying to live from and unpack boxes in a small 1 bedroom apartment. I'll get her next week after my concealed carry class.

Tomorrow, another trip to the stealership trying to figure out why my gorram remote start decided to quit working. If it needs a new module I'm going for something with 2-way communication and better range. This line of sight less than 100ft is Toyota factory crap. They are also going to replace my passenger side mirror, and a small fender trim piece. Normally I'd do these myself, but I didn't move my tools, haven't had a chance to figure out how to remove the interior door panel, and it's too cold outside again.

My wife and I are moving from Ohio to Cali in 2 months and we have pared our household down so that all we are bringing is our 2 cars. I may have to pull a small open trailer behind us because she is in love with this stupid sleigh bed that is like 642 years old or something and we are currently arguing over if we have to have that with us or not... I think I will prevail. But either way... you need to shed some excess shit.

UPDATE2: They determined the dirt and spots can't be cleaned and I will be getting a whole new headliner!!
On a side note, after a tire rotation and alignment, I have noticed resistance when driving. Service center thinks it's the brake caliper pins. They are replacing those as well next week when parts arrive. Downside, they messed up, upside, they are fixing their mistakes!

Selling a moderately sized 3br house with attached garage and detached 30x40 workshop and downsizing to a 1br apartment is a major life change, even with 3 months of notice and next to no help to do it. So hey "bro" why don't you keep opinions about how awesome your move is compared to someone else's to yourself. Trolling isn't cool.

UPDATE: The weather stripping around the rear gate was replaced, even after some rains, it has kept dry. Seems like that fixed the issue. Though they dirtied my headliner. They mentioned that if they couldn't clean it, they would replace the whole headliner.
Thanks for the interest. If it continues to leak, I would bet everything on the roof rails.

I cannot imagine a dealership like that. I should consider myself lucky that I have the opportunity to explain my problems to the service technicians and service managers. Selling a moderately sized 3br house with attached garage and detached 30x40 workshop and downsizing to a 1br apartment is a major life change, even with 3 months of notice and next to no help to do it. We did a similar thing (minus the work shop and we did have help) and found that it was both refreshing and frustrating. Refreshing now that we are hear and settled to see what you really "need" compared to what we had but then frustrating for the lack of garage and basement space so I gave away/sold essentially any tool that would not fit in the toolbox items like saws, large clamps, etc etc. However I found if you have the right circle of friends for the most part people are very willing to lend out the "rarely used" type of tools or garage space for a quick repair job when needed. When we get back into a house our focus will be very different from our 1st where we wanted space, space and more space then realized after the fact that most of it sits unused, added to the tax and utility bill and cleaning time.
