What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Nice. Do you feel any difference after installing the CAI?
 
Did not do much compared to other posts. Bought diff oil a few months ago and finally put it in today.

As I posted my mods one by one, I got hate from a few members (you know who you are) on here about how they would spend THEIR $$ on "more functional mods" HAH!

Paid mine off last month, so how about all those haters talkin' down pay off your truck and get back to me.

"Functional", as in you spent $$ adding something to the truck your bank owns? LMFAO!!

Enjoy YOUR truck, while the haters make their mthly payments for the next however many years :party:

I agree, its up to each of us how we spend our money. In some cases I think its appropriate to politely say you would have done things differently etc but not to harp on someone.

I have at times thought I should have held off on the mods until paying it off but I struck a nice balance, there is a laundry list of things I "want" (both 4runner and non 4runner related) but my wife and I have finite resources and we choose together how to spend them.

The only time I frown on others are when their poor financial choices lead to others/me (the government) having to lend a helping hand but other then that feel free to spend your green however makes you happy, life is short and we cant take any of it with us.

*Not saying everyone getting a hand out doesn't deserve it, just using a example.
