Yup, I only had the OW 2.0 kit and there's no way it would've held up the weight of the skids, sliders, bumper, and winch.


Believe me, I know. If we'd get two days in a row without rain I'd do it, but not having a garage puts me at the mercy of the weather.

Ahh I gotcha. I know the feeling about the rain. I've wanted to plasti dip my right rear wheel and it seems to conveniently rain every weekend. Really puts a dampener on my bowfishing as well.

Spidertrax are still on and I've got some crazy poke going on. Had to cut both body mounts back further, hammer the pinch welds, cut a bunch of plastic, and have the caster set as far forward as possible. I'm going to see how it does on the trail tomorrow before deciding whether or not to keep the spacers on.

All miles on stock tires, premium fuel (91 octane with 10% ethanol), and MPG taken from trip computer and reset every fill up.

I'm getting ready to replace my 265/70/17 Duratracs with 305/70/17 or 285/75/17s, plus Nitro Gears. Planned to do BMC, but interested in additional mods that might be needed.

The rubbing has more to do with the combination of the spacers and more backspacing on the SCS wheels than on the stock wheels. The MT/R also has more tread depth, so its true diameter is 33" compared to 32.8" on the same sized Duratrac. All I had to do was BMC, hammer the pinch welds, and trim a bit of plastic from the inside of the fender.
