What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I wouldn't worry about the air pressure at all, like you guys said it's just a faux hood scoop really...but I might be concerned about possible water damage over time?
Does the insulation material look like it would hold up to intermittent water contact? I recall a bit of water dripping through the hood scoop area when popping my hood after I washed it or it rained out. Probably not enough to do real damage unless the insulation is made of paper or something lol.

On Memorial Day I put together and seasoned my new Char-griller smoker and offset firebox while staring at my new "red head" in the background. Man it's been a great 40th B-Day with a new T4R, new smoker and food dehydrator to make some home made beef jerky. What more could a man ask for ... Lol
I also had intentions of going to the beach for a bit but ended up doing this ...
After a few too many of these I decided I was in no shape to drive anywhere. Maybe next time ...

Drove to the stealership and paid $37 for 6 OEM lugs so that I can put my spare on should I get a flat on my Hilton head vacation. Leaving tomorrow morning, so I didn't have a choice. Didn't even think about it when I just included the lugs in the sale of the SR5 wheels....doh!
Haha. Thanks for the tip. I also did not think about this when I sold my TE wheels. Off to get some new lugs I guess.

FYI, if you have time to wait on shipping, I kno I have seen then for more like $3 a piece at one of the various OEM Toyota parts websites...I just didn't get the wheels sold until Sunday and forgot all about the spare...

I bought 4 Duratrac 295/65/18 which measure 33.1", but for spare i did not want to buy another wheel in 18", so i just got a good deal on new BFG Mud Terrain to use as a spare and it is 285/70/17, which measures 32.7". Here they are side by side, there is very little difference between them in height.

Visited the [MENTION=65614]Antman[/MENTION] garage yesterday to drop off the factory gas skid and get my noob wiring looked at and fixed :flame:
While I was there I also got a genuine Antman mod - tailgate cup holders!
Thanks for all your help yesterday! I had a blast!
(Note: Antman cannot touch an engine bay without trying to destroy an air intake (jk), so I got home with 6 lbs of electrical tape holding a silicone coupler together.... aFe silicone couplers are toast after less than 2 years of ownership....I have a new set coming in the mail but after the warranty replacement of the whole intake tube and this I'll be putting my stock intake back on before making any more replacements)

I failed on my third and final attempt to get up to the top of Bald Mountain. My truck is just not high enough and I am not willing to lose the mpg, damage my vehicle and spend the money to do this.
I've seen videos of people with similar rigs, stock even, get up there but when I email them to ask, they admit to having to pull people out.
Oh well, My trucks works really well in the deserts, on Mojave road, on forest service roads, in canyons and other places, so I'm good.
It was a beautiful day, so we parked and hiked to the top.
