Finally ditched the OE Duellers and upgraded to E rated LTX M/S2s for towing. :becky: Then I changed the oil myself for the first time. I had been getting it done with the regular interval check ups at the dealer (at the insistence of the Mrs.) This whole filter element thingy is kinda neat, never done that before. Wasn't nearly the PITA I had been expecting.

So....did you hook them up on a switch or are they live 24/7? If it's the later, I know where I'm going to charge my cell phone in an emergency :naughty:
Actually serious question, because if it's not switched...what if some jerk comes along and starts poking stuff into your holes man? He/she could easily drain out your battery while you're away from the vehicle!

They're fused with 15 amp ATC fuses, and they're on all the time. If someone's needs to charge there phone, I'm not worried about a cell phone draining a group 31 or 34 AGM battery.

Got 40K maintenance done at Bob's Garage in Westfield, IN. Also had them check the alignment since adding the skids and Group 31 Battery.
Very happy with the shop, the service and the price.... May have found a shop that doesn't take an 8 hour drive to have some work done (Sorry [MENTION=68685]Ducmonsta[/MENTION], [MENTION=99235]Scott@Hightech[/MENTION] ... well at least the easy stuff can get done locally....!)

I called shortly after I snapped this pic on Saturday. Of course, they had to go talk to the sales manager... except I got no response. Curiosity got the better of me so I called today and same thing, "I'll get back to you." Anyway, so about 3 hours later I get a call from someone else referencing my first call from the weeknd. I'll call this person tomorrow.
So to answer your question, I still have no idea how many km or what they are asking. It really would be tempting but I can't imagine it being worth it considering what I had to go thru to get them down on Blue... which was a new leftover. I also spent 7 hours yesterday washing, Iron-Xing, Clay Barring, Polishing, and Waxing the 4Runner. Didn't even get the roof done either lol. Knowing me, I'd probably make myself do it all over again if I traded. Pure agony! Will definitely post an update tomorrow.

Good news and bad news:
The good news is on Saturday I picked up a set of 4 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs 265/70/17 Load C and got them installed and I am kicking myself for not having done it sooner.
The bad news is today on my way home from work, I was pulling out of the dry cleaners parking lot and had a 15 yr old girl who was learning to drive with her mother come around the corner into the shopping center and complete about 40 degrees of the necessary 90 degrees to turn into the shopping center properly and drive straight into the driver side rear door and "fender flare." If anybody in the Atlanta area has a reputable body-shop to work on the 4Runner, I would gladly appreciate any guidance.
