How about some pictures to "splain" it and the wrap process in general. $2K is actually a bargain considering all the disassembly involved. Obviously if your squeamish about your brand new car being torn apart this is not for you.

A good paint shop would disassemble all the same parts, not to mention you've just covered up your factory finish, it will never be the same for that little of money...unless you know someone. :

Picked up a storage bin for my recovery gear and tools. Was looking for the Action Packer by Rubbermaid but nobody had any in stock at the stores. Grabbed this one and saved some money. Gets the job done.

Engaged the four wheel drive (L4) for the first time yesterday. Worked on my offroad "sea-legs" in preparation for my trip west by making a few bunny hill runs at a friend's place in Hoschton.

Updated RCI Skids...

Replaced my Steel RCI front skid with an Aluminum skid that's been customized to fit the ARB front cover (also modified the ARB cover so that they align perfectly) and had the Oil door reinforced (1/2" total aluminum) and welded besides the rivets. And added some LCA skids... Josh is the man!

Nothing but grip and traction, no wheel spinning whatsoever.

Great idea on welding the braces a thicker oil filter window. I'd even go with thicker and stronger braces. This is how mine looks now. Hit a big rock, dead center of the window in some tall grass. Never saw it. I had just started moving maybe a couple of miles an hour.
