Why not? What's the point in installing a lift kit on anything for that matter.

Increased approach, departure, and breakover angles. Potentially fitting larger tires to increase ground clearance and all of the previously mentioned angles. Using aftermarket components to extend overall suspension travel over stock. None of these seem to be useful for a golf cart.

I've got the rocky road super sliders and have given them some decent hits on the trails in Moab and Colorado with no problems. I admit they don't look quite as stout as bud's or shrockworks but they have done fine. It may be a little less functional, but I like that they don't stick out quite as far as the other brands.

This cart isn't used on the course. We keep it at our lake house. I guess if you need a justification, the larger tires will be nice for the rough terrain around the lake and the lift will handle the extra load of cargo we put on the fold down rear bed. And it just looks bad ass

Although I suppose if you are driving strictly out in the desert and only during daylight hours it would be nice.
I have great eyesight and IMO driving at night is bad enough without lessening your low light visibility... considering people do not pay attention to their immediate surroundings, wear dark clothes, and walk straight out in front of 5000lbs of moving steel, sheet metal, and plastic...which the drivers themselves may not be paying attention. Not 5th gen related, but finished up the lift on the golf cart. Waiting on 1" wheel spacers and new shocks to get in then it'll be ready to go.
Looks good, but also looks like the 4Rnr still has better clearance.

Was really windy, made cooking on the grill kind of hard. The Hobie Cats were loving it though

Recovery Course
The Prescott, AZ No Club Club had a recovery course this weekend; great time and learned a ton about winch's; hi-lift's etc...I was the only T4R; rest were Jeeps...I'm just running stock rig with "P" rate Toyo's (didn't air down) and had no problems running the trails it was very narrow in places and got tons of pin striping; and it was rocky as hell in places. There were 3 punctures (1 jeep while going up the fairly steep hill we practiced on and another vehicle lost 2! He stayed behind for a friend to get him.
