Yesterday I took the family on a fun run easy fire road trail for half of it and paved the rest. Iowa Hill to Yankee Jim's and across Old Forest Hill Bridge. Found a nice place to come back and swim in the river. Crystal Clear water

Old bridge was a suspension bridge, really cool!

Replaced the very inadequate factory Dueler's with some "old school" BFG AT's at the 200 mile mark on my new White Trail. So much better!

Thanks Ochoa. Correct, they are stock size. Couldn't find 275/70/17's locally and didn't want to wait for them to order em'. Almost imperceptible size difference from 265 to 275's so not a big deal. Need to go to 285's before its readily noticeable to most, and I can't lift too much to accomodate those tires as clients will be in and out of the rig pretty regularly.

Next up..5100's set at .85", and some steps of some kind...

Today I parked my 4runner right in the MIDDLE of a Jeep Wrangler meet in the mall parking lot. When i was walking back to my truck, all the jeepsters were having their circle jerk over the "big jeep w/ 40'' rubber" and i said "Hey man, WHEN you get stuck in that thing, just let me know...ill pull you out."

The dude didn't seem too happy I said it.

The Prescott, AZ No Club Club had a recovery course this weekend; great time and learned a ton about winch's; hi-lift's etc...I was the only T4R; rest were Jeeps...I'm just running stock rig with "P" rate Toyo's (didn't air down) and had no problems running the trails it was very narrow in places and got tons of pin striping; and it was rocky as hell in places. There were 3 punctures (1 jeep while going up the fairly steep hill we practiced on and another vehicle lost 2! He stayed behind for a friend to get him.

Where is this exactly?
I have a buddy in Prescott that I visit once or twice a year... I would like to check it out with him... Do you coordinates or near by location?

Ordered my lift!! Toytec Ultimate with HD rear springs and Camburg Ball Joint UCA's.

Not many folks seem to run this UCA here so it's a bit of a gamble. FJ guys seem happy with it and I really like the (perceived) low maintenance aspect. No ETA but will post pics when I get it installed.

I'm a little worried about the rate on the springs but figure that's an easy fix later. Either weaker springs or a bumper ;-)

Wheels and tires were ordered a few days ago and should get here next week. Level 8 MK6 17x8 in Gunmetal with 285/70/17 Cooper Discoverer ATPs.
