Finally got my Viair 444C "mounted".
Still have some work to-do with the way its mounted (reinforced brackets etc).. will attempt to get it all wired in while at work this weekend.
I am searching for a 40PSI Pressure Switch, my goal is to just hook up to tire.. and have the pressure switch shut off when it hits the PSI. Then I just move to the next tire... as soon as i make the connection, the comp should kick back on.

I was on a pretty cratered out trail on Kauai last summer in our four door JK. Some guy in a convertible V6 Mustang thought he was going to follow us, but he didn't make it very far. People do dumb stuff when it's not their vehicle, which is why I'd never own a former rental.

Great looking rig! really like the yellow driving/fog lights. I have a 2015 TE with KDSS and a bit skeptical about a lift. I'm considering the BFG KO2s in 285/70/17. Curious - What size tires are you running? Do you have a lift?

Added some Cooper ST Maxx 255/80/17's. Love the look and the ride so far. Running them at 40psi and its not as rough as I thought it would be.

The best way I can explain it is, the stock halogen bulb gives of a yellow dull light (as I'm sure you know) the HIDs are very crisp and WHITE, you can clearly tell the difference and the "cut off" is perfect. No issues with on coming traffic and looks great. I have LED everything in my truck and the HIDs in 5500k are a perfect match. I hope that helps.. I got spoiled with this look in my STI and missed it with the stock 4-runner lighting.

Big question is, is it brighter further down the road. Also, which ones did you purchase?

Yes it is, I'll take a photo tonight so that you can see the distance. I have the 35 watt, the do make a 50 or 55 watt I can't remember but these are perfect, you can see signs and reflectors WAY further away.

What did I do today? Drove around to body shops to get estimates!

I was working in the garage (installing my Ham radio) and had the lift gate open. I forgot to close it before closing the garage door. The quick disconnect arm gouged the lift gate (almost the entire length from the glass to the bottom) very deeply (some places all the way to the metal). On the bright side there was only paint damage and no dents...

2015 Trail with less than 1500 miles on it. :frusty:

The wife has done this 3 times to her ML350. I trimmed the excess metal on the bracket after the 1st time which made the 2nd and 3rd time less of a repair.

plasti dipped the interior trim, they scratched too easily and plus i like the look of black interior. The shifter trim is matte black and other was matte black with the pearlizer. btw for the navigation portion, does anyone know how i can take of the around the navi and the side pieces that go down??
