With regards to the damage, I was referencing this bit here (will try to get better pictures later once we are back home).

Yea, I see it now. Looks like the impact peeled the skid out from the frame a little. That rubber part is the bushing for the sway bar, where it attaches to the kdss piston. We'd need better pics, but unless the piston is leaking it's probably fine. If the bushing is working its way out I imagine it could be realigned. Either way I don't think you have much to worry about.

forgot to add, run a search on the kdss bushings, I know I've seen several people with bushings working out, although I believe it's usually at the lower control arm not at the piston.

I was going to put on the new (to me) set I picked up from fyremanpat but opted to wait, hoping it will encourage me to order a set of sliders before it snows. It looks a little naked. [emoji15] Let's be honest... I'd probably just tear up the new ones in October at the Cove anyway. [emoji6]

Packed my bags and went exploring for the week. Driving around Tetons at 1 am, we come across a few animals. Almost hit a bison the size of my car crossing the road then a heard of elk. Luckily, I was able to navigate the forest roads and found an amazing spot for the night. The last stop was Coeur d'Alene Idaho at an amazing cabin.

i like the cbi bumper but from what i understand you need to have the stock bumper installed and cut off a piece of it? i'd like a complete replacement.

Yea, you do cut up your stock bumper. From your pics it looks like yours would still be usable with the CBI. There are other choices that replace the whole bumper though.
