Busy morning added a Shrockworks wiper fluid reservoir for my upcoming bumper install. Gotta admit this is a nice piece well worth the money since it allows you to move the air pump and add a 2nd battery. Moved my ARB compressor over to the other side and and finished wiring switches.

Took my son camping last night, took the RIDICULOUSLY long way home (missed a turn and didn't notice for 20 miles, yeah I know). Got some great views along the drive home and drove roads I'd never been on, wife wasn't too upset, it's a win.

The coolest part of that is watching the sky after about 1:00 when the cumulus clouds start to develop, that rips Way too much going on on the road at that speed (the long boring straights are interesting). Still pretty neat. :thumb:

Agreed, it's a lot more interesting as a longer video, it gets too nausea inducing at that speed.

I noticed a couple pit stops there, haha.

Redding to get the last In N Out before Oregon. Then another near Eugene to refuel. Takes about 2.5 tanks to get to Oregon.

ran the coney flats trail up by nederland (CO) yesterday.

the trail was about the limit of what i would want to put the stock TRDP through in terms of rocks. lots of fun water crossings though.

she also got her first battle scar - a small gash on the right/bottom corner of the rear bumper. not a big deal, and did very little damage to the bumper itself. i just ordered primer, super white paint, and the clear coat finish and will attempt to fix it some time in the next 2-3 weeks.

Installed a 40" Rigid LED, looks great and mounting the light on the rack took all of 2 minutes but I was not able to run the wiring along the windshield seal as expected. I tried at first stuffing the wire between the seal and the A pillar and was not able to get even 1 wire to fit so I decided to remove the seal and try that route, while I think it is possible I was not getting good results and so unless I figure out what I was doing wrong I will end up using the wiring in the Gobi rack and running the wires through either a marine grade grommet in the roof or more likely into the back hatch and use the factory grommet if there is room. I did test the light and was very impressed with the in person brightness, sadly am feeling like a poser with a light not connected on the roof.
