There seems to be a noticeable gain in power. It really screams when the VVTI cicks in. I may take a video with sound tomorrow....
It's still a wimpy v6, but at least it is now an angry :gun5: little V6 that is uncorked. If I put some smaller tires on it.. + the gearing... I think it might even get to 60 under 7 seconds.
Hopefully, there will be a little gain in MPG also.

Last night we went to Baltimore for my husband's company holiday dinner. As I handed over my truck to the valet, he said "oh I just need to go over the vehicle and write down any damage or scratches you might have"...... I just laughed and laughed as I walked away.

Installed a K&N lifetime air filter.
Installed NOKYA yellow DRL bulbs
Installed NOKYA yellow fog bulbs (The passenger fog bulb is easily changed from underneath the front of the vehicle, don't bother with the fender liner or taking the bumper off... you don't need to remove anything to change the passenger bulb).
Picked up my Konig Countersteer X's in bronze

Bilstein 6112 set 2.5 front & 5100 with daystar 1.5 spacer rear
I'm putting my spacers next weekend and re adjusting my 6112's up higher.
What groove did you set yours at in that picture? I'm currently on 3rd from bottom and going to move up to 4th (maybe 5th) from bottom to compensate for all the extra weight i've been adding.

Called out sick to work again, but had enough energy to clean up the empty boxes from Christmas decorations and pull my Runner back into the garage. Not much, but it got me off the couch again.

Yea. $15k of damage and it was worth $26.5k. They had said it needed 75% of damage:value to total but I guess the airbag deploying adds in a fudge factor that they don't like dealing with. It all worked out for the best, I suppose. I'm unhurt and I have a 4Runner in my garage. Worse things have happened.
