What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

CBI bumper finally delivered after a couple issues, a couple spots with powder coat rubbed off. I have other things that need painting as well so it is what it is...

New VLED back up bulbs to go with the rigid duAlly floods that will go in, shouldn't have any issues seeing behind me when I get around to adding all this stuff.

My CBI rear bumper installed today, I also had some scrapes from shipping. Otherwise workmanship is perfect. CBI skid plates being installed tomorrow, will post up pictures as soon as I get truck back.

I did the DRL Disabled on Non "Auto" Headlights System Mod on my Trail Premium. :rockon:

DRL Disabled on Non "Auto" Headlights System on my SR5 Premium.
So disabling them is the same as Auto Headlight systems, by bending pin #2 out of the way without any adverse issues!
I used a pair of needle nosed pliers to bend the pin down and firmly to the side as pictured.

DRL's don't come on.
Parking lights function as normal.
Low Beams and fogs function as normal.
High Beams function as normal.
Tail lights, stop lights and turn signals function as normal.

I used to live in Breck and would often sled out in the Vail back country to build kickers and session for hours all of the time. Boy, do I miss those days. I'm jealous seeing this post. Sure brings back memories.

Your going to love those CBI skids! I lucked out and got there first production set for KDSS. Can't wait to see the bumper! I'll hopefully be getting there front and rear this time next year.

Finally mounted and wired my air compressor and Relay/fuse box.

Only have a picture of the air compressor before wiring.

This is the position of the relay in the fuse box. I could most likely bend pin 2 back in shape but that would weaken the pin so I wouldn't want to do it more than once. I hope this helps.

IMO -- Air down and slow down for trails. It's easier on wheel bearings, ball joints and you.

Were these the universal Rally Armor flaps? Or specifically made for the 5th gen. Also are you running stock size or bigger tires? I just put 285 tires on tonight and had to remove the front mud flaps. Would be nice to be able to replace them with something else.
