Removed the air dam up front. Was a PITA to get most of the screws out since they were threaded in from above. Very happy with the way the truck looks right now.

I started my new sound quality stereo install this week. First step is fiberglass a-pillars. I've still got a ways to go but I'm making progress.

Are the air bags affected when you remove the trim pieces?

Well, I'm halfway there, ran out of time to finish the 2nd half. I decided to do 2 single drawer where I can stack on top of each each other since i use and have the 3rd row. Here's my work I progress.

I went with rotors from brakeperformance.com and the pads I got from the local parts store. The brand of the pads is Advics. I'm really happy so far....or shall I say, the wife is happy so far. She seems to drive the 4R more than me!

Im' curious too. It looks like these covers are exactly the same as in my 2012 SR5. I'm interested in how did you remove these pieces - the manual says about some clip to be cut, which later must be be replaced with the new one (for 80 bucks).

I wanted to run a wire down the driver side A pillar, but I did not want to pay 80 bucks every time I take the cover out. :noidea:

Hopefully it's just how the pic was taken, but it looks like the bumper is crooked and too low. There's a big gap on the passenger side and the guard appears to be blocking the headlights.

You're partially correct, the guard is not blocking the lights, bumper is not sitting crooked or too low, I simply screwed up when I cut the oem plastic...

Good to know. I really like this bumper and it would bug the crap out of me if it fit that poorly.

Mine is a 2012 SR5 as well. I was able to rotate the pillar and unhook the clip. With that said, you can easily remove the passenger side, there isn't a clip on that side. Just remove the two bolt covers in the oh shit handle, then take out the two 10mm bolts and the a-pillar cover comes right off.

On the driver side you can pull them out an inch or so without having to worry about that clip.

Poured a Ten Fidy in my Metal Tech 15yr anniversary pint glass (thanks @kuh !!!) Then started prepping my rear bumper for the cut and CBI bumper install.

It'll take me three nights as Its mostly going to get done after the kids go to bed. Yes I'm taking a few pics...
